In the heavy shade it was still only 38 degrees at 11:30am . . . got to keep moving!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_06.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"margin: 0px; display: inline; background-image: none;\" title=\"day23_06\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_06_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"day23_06\" width=\"1004\" height=\"518\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now, when one of these trees fall across the road it is a BIG deal . . . traffic can be detoured for several days!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_07.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"margin: 0px; display: inline; background-image: none;\" title=\"day23_07\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_07_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"day23_07\" width=\"1004\" height=\"508\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As we rode out of the redwoods, there was still lots of climbing today . . . up and over this . . .<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_08.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"margin: 0px; display: inline; background-image: none;\" title=\"day23_08\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/day23_08_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"day23_08\" width=\"1004\" height=\"614\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>. . . which led us to the \u2018One Log House\u2019. Hamburgers, tofu, and veggie burgers, along with ice cream sundaes were enjoyed by all. AND many beers!!! Still, we ere all in our tents by 8:00pm.
