We did a walkabout to explore a bit of it. Nicely caramelized the sugar on top! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/3-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"3\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"3\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/3_thumb-3.jpg\" width=\"1004\" height=\"531\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>. . . .and believe it or not after a nice little nap, soon it was time for dinner!!! Again, sort of hard to find a place that was open, in a town of 800,000, but soon we were dining&nbsp; in a restaurant sidewalk dining room (reserved only for Turinian\u2019s . . . but we insisted) TommyH\u2019s head in the foreground.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/1-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/1_thumb-6.jpg\" width=\"1004\" height=\"646\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our goodbye dinner with the Helkster\u2019s was wonderful . . . among the entrees, Tom had the squid with warm fried potato crisps on top . . . <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2-5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"2\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"2\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2_thumb-5.jpg\" width=\"1004\" height=\"642\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>. . . emJay had the gnocchi with a ragu and pesto sauce . . . we also had our what has now become our standard of two&nbsp; liters of \u2018vino de cassa\u2019, per meal, even without Marci there to help us drink it all!!!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/4-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"4\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"4\" src=\"https:\/\/travels.wohu.us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/4_thumb-3.jpg\" width=\"1004\" height=\"583\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>. . .&nbsp; and em,Jay and I shared a nice semi-freddo with caramel sauce.<\/p>\n<p>A soft rain began to fall as we walked back along the colonnade protect sidewalks. Hugs all around on the street&nbsp; corner as we said goodbye to Barb and Tom who are heading back home tomorrow.
